Simple Seafood Simple Sole Recipe
Ingredients 1 lb. fillet sole Salt 1/2 c. mayonnaise 1/2 c. sour cream 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese Paprika Lemon wedges Method Arrange sole in single layer in greased, shallow baking dish. Sprinkle with salt. Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, and Parmesan cheese; spread over sole. Be sure to completely cover the fish. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 500 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes or until fish flakes when tested with fork. Remove from oven and let rest several minutes. Serve with lemon wedges, if desired. 3 to 4 servings.
