Ingredients

1 lb. snapper fillets

1 lb. crab meat

1 c. crispy croutons

2 tbsp. white wine

1/4 c. butter, melted

Lemon slices

Method

Arrange fish in 2 quart microwave safe dish.

Spread crab meat on top.

Sprinkle with croutons, wine and butter.

Cover with waxed paper.

Microwave on high 8-9 minutes until snapper becomes opaque.

Serves 4.
