Ingredients

2 medium onions, chopped

2 cloves garlic, crushed

2 potatoes, diced

2-3 carrots, diced

1/2 cabbage, chopped

bunch of kale, chopped

1lb (450g) linguica, sliced

16oz tin white kidney beans

2 large tins tomatoes, mashed

3 large tins chicken soup

Salt & pepper to season

Method

Saute onion and garlic in olive oil.

Add diced potatoes, cabbage, carrots and half of the tin of chicken broth.

Cook until almost tender.

Then add linguica and kale, the rest of the broth and the tinned tomatoes.

Simmer 10-15 minutes.

Season to taste.
