Ingredients

1 cup pea beans

1 large onion

1lb (450g) Kale

1 tbsp vinegar

2 cup sliced potatoes

1lb (450g) sausage, sliced

9 cup water

seasoning

Method

Combine all ingredients except potatoes and kale.

Cook until sausage and pea beans are done.

During the last 30 minutes of cooking add potatoes and Kale cooking until tender.
