Ingredients

1 cup chopped onion

2 or 3 cloves garlic, crushed

8oz (225g) link sausage

5 cup beef stock

7 oz. ketchup

1/3 cup vinegar

1/2 cabbage, cut up

1 tin new potatoes

1 tin kidney beans

Method

Combine all ingredients except the cabbage.

Cook until sausage is done.

During the last 30 minutes of cooking add cabbage, cooking until tender.
