Ingredients

1 cup chopped onion

3 cloves garlic

8oz (225g) smoked sausage, cut in bite size pieces

2 tins beef broth

2 tins water

1 cup ketchup

1 tin pork and beans or kidney beans

1/2 head chopped cabbage

6 peeled and chopped potatoes

Method

Saute onion, garlic, and sausage.

Add remaining ingredients and cook for 30 to 45 minutes.
