Ingredients

6 cup chicken stock or broth

1/2 1lb (450g) smoked kielbasa, diced

1lb (450g) boiling potatoes, peeled & diced

1 (5 1/2 oz.) tin kidney beans, drained

1 (14 1/2 oz.) tin diced tomatoes

1/2 medium cabbage, coarsely chopped

1 medium onion, chopped

2 carrots, diced

3 cloves garlic, crushed

1/2 green bell pepper, diced

Method

Stir all ingredients together and bring to a boil over medium heat.

Cover, reduce heat and simmer for two hours or until thickened.
