Portuguese Portugese Sausage And Vegetable Stew Recipe
Ingredients 1lb (450g) sliced sausage (hot or mild) 1 large carrot, sliced 2 potatoes, diced 1 small onion, diced 8oz (225g) tin of tomato sauce 1 tbsp salt 2 tins kidney beans large head of cabbage, chopped 1 qt. water Method Put everything in except cabbage and beans in a large pot. Boil for 20 minutes, add cabbage and beans and simmer for 20 minutes. Makes 3 quarts. Cooks Comments and Tips . |
