Portuguese Portugese Kale And Linguica Soup Recipe
Ingredients 1 large beef soup bone 5 pints beef stock 1lb (450g) linguica or kielbasa sausage, sliced 8oz (225g) chorizo sausage, sliced 2 bunches fresh kale, about 1 8oz (225g) or 2 (10 oz.) pkts chopped frozen kale 4 cup diced, peeled potatoes 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes 1 tbsp red wine vinegar salt and pepper to season Method Combine drained, soaked beans, bone and beef stock in a large pot, cover and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and gently simmer one hour. Add slices sausage and kale, cover and simmer one hour. Add potatoes and seasoning Cover and simmer for another hour. Cooks Comments and Tips . |
