Portuguese Portugese Kale And Bean Soup Recipe
Ingredients 5 pints cold water 1 cup large Northern white beans 2lb (900g) Linguica 5 potatoes, chopped 1 (15 oz.) tin kidney beans (for color) 6 kale leaves, chopped Method Add beans to cold water and linguica. Cook all together until beans are cooked, add more water, if needed. Bring all the above ingredients to a boil for 10 minutes. Then lower until it is cooked. Add kidney beans. Chop boiled linguica, if desired, and add back into the soup. Add salt to season. Cooks Comments and Tips . |
