Portuguese Pork Stew Recipe
Ingredients 4 tins kidney beans 3 ham hocks 2 qts. water 2 tins tomato paste 4lb (1.8kg) Polish sausage, sliced 1 cup onion, chopped 1 cup parsley, roughly chopped 2 tbsp garlic salt 1 tbsp black pepper Method Put above ingredients in large covered pan and cook for 2 hours, stirring occasionally. Add 1 whole cabbage, shredded, 8 carrots, sliced and 8 potatoes, diced. Cook for about 30 mins until all the vegetables are tender. Cooks Comments and Tips . |
