Ingredients

6 cup chicken stock

1lb (450g) Kielbasa, diced

1lb (450g) potatoes, diced

1 (6 oz.) tin kidney beans

1 large tin tomatoes, mashed

1/2 cabbage, chopped

1 medium carrot, diced

1 medium onion, diced

1/3 green pepper, diced

3 garlic cloves, crushed

Method

Combine all ingredients except potatoes and cabbage.

Cook until sausage is done.

During the last 30 minutes of cooking add potatoes and cabbage, cooking until tender.
