Portuguese Kielbasa And Vegetable Soup Recipe
Ingredients 1lb (450g) Kielbasa, cut in bite size pieces 1 1/2 tbsp olive oil 1/2 cup onion 1 garlic clove, crushed 2 1/2 cup diced potatoes 5 cup real chicken stock 1 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes 1 tin kidney beans 4oz (113g) chopped kale 3/4 tsp pepper 2 tsp salt Method In Dutch oven saute onions and garlic in oil until onion is tender but not browned. Add potatoes, stock, Kielbasa, tomatos, beans, salt and pepper. Simmer until potatoes are tender. Add kale and simmer 10 minutes. Serve with chopped parsley. Cooks Comments and Tips . |
