Portuguese Kale, Chorico And Macaroni Soup Recipe
Ingredients 1 cup Navy (eye) beans 1 small cabbage 1 cup macaroni 2 pkts frozen kale 1 pkt chorico 2 pkts shank meat salt to season Method Fill a large pan with water 1/2 full. Add beans and cook until tender, about 1 1/2 hours. Add chorico and meat, cook another hour. Add cabbage, potatoes or elbow macaroni and cook 1/2 hour. Add kale and cook an additional 15 minutes.
