Portuguese Fish Chowder Recipe
Ingredients 12oz (338g) haddock, cut in chunks 1 onion, sliced 2 tbsp vinegar 4 potatoes 1/4 tsp ground cumin seed 1/2 tsp saffron Salt & pepper Method Place fish and onion in a pan and cover with water. Then add vinegar. When fish is cooked remove from the pan and set aside. Add the remaining ingredients to the pan and cook until the potaotes are tender.
