Ingredients

1lb (450g) smoked sausage, bite-size

2 cup onion, chopped

10 cups beef stock

1 green cabbage, chopped

1/2 cup cider vinegar

4 potatoes

1/4 cup oil

6 garlic cloves

1 cup kidney beans

2 cup ketchup

Salt & pepper to taste

Method

Saute sausage in oil in large pan.

Add onion and garlic to sausage; cook until translucent.

Combine with all other ingredients and simmer for 45 minutes.
