Portuguese Beef And Kale Soup Recipe
Ingredients 7 pints water 1lb (450g) beef 1lb (450g) chourico 2lb (900g) kale, chopped 2 cup diced potatoes 1 tin white kidney beans salt to season Method Cook beef and chourico with water until almost done. Add more water to cover meat and add all the vegetables and cook until vegetables are about ready and add beans. Cook for a short time; longer to blend. Season to taste.
