Johnny's Portuguese Fish Stew Recipe
Ingredients 1 medium onion, diced 1 tbsp oil 1lb (450g) fillet fish 2 fresh tomatoes 2 cloves garlic, crushed parsley to taste 4 potatoes, peeled salt & pepper to taste 4-5 drops Tabasco sauce pinch of paprika Method Saute diced onion in oil. Then add fish fillet (cut in bite-size). Add chopped tomatoes and garlic cloves, parsley to taste. Add peeled potatoes in chunk size, salt and pepper to season, 3 shots Tabasco sauce and few shakes paprika. Simmer all above about 25 minutes. Serve with tossed salad. Cooks Comments and Tips . |
