Ingredients

6 cup water (boiling)

1 medium onion, chopped

1 1/2-2 Linguisa (Portuguese sausage) if unavailable, Kielbasa tin be used

4 potatoes, large chunks

2 large tin white kidney beans

2 large tin mustard greens

2oz butter

Method

Combine first 3 ingredients and cook for 20 minutes.

Then add last 3 ingredients and cook until potatoes are done.

Add 1/2 stick butter.

Serve with crusty bread.
