Chiourico Soup Portuguese Soup Recipe
Ingredients 1 beef soup bone 3 chopped onions 1 clove garlic, crushed 1lb (450g) chiourico, chopped bunch of kale 3 to 4 potatoes, cubed salt and pepper to season 5 pints beef stock 1 cup macaroni Method Combine all ingredients except macaroni and simmer for 4 hours. Half hour before serving, add the macaroni and shred the beef from the soup bone. Serves 6 to 8 people. Cooks Comments and Tips . |
