Ingredients

2lb (900g) Portuguese sausage, sliced

1 medium onion, chopped

1/4 cup olive oil

3 cups uncooked rice

water

seasoning

Method

Cook for the sausage and onion for about 25-30 minutes.

Add 3 cups of uncooked rice and cover with water.

Leave to simmer until all the water is absorbed.

Season and serve.
