Ingredients 1/2 cup olive oil 1 medium size onion 1/2 tin tomatoes (8oz (225g)) 2 cup rice 4 cup water 1 tin mixed vegetables, drained 1/4 cup linguica Method Place 1/2 cup of olive oil with cut up onion in saucepan. Cook over medium heat until golden. Add 1/2 cup wine, tomatoes, and water; add salt and pepper to season. Let simmer and add little necks and cover. Cook until little necks open on medium heat.
