Portuguese Chicken And Orange Portugese Recipe
Ingredients 3lb (1.35kg) chicken, cut up and skinned 1/2 clove garlic, crushed salt and pepper to season Paprika to taste 1 cup orange juice 1/2 cup tomato puree 2 tbsp soy sauce (or more to taste) 2 tsp prepared mustard 1 medium green pepper, chopped 2 small oranges, peeled and sectioned Method Rub chicken with garlic and sprinkle with salt, pepper and paprika. Put in casserole. Mix orange juice, puree, soy sauce, and mustard. Add green pepper. Pour over chicken. Cover and bake in 350 degree oven 50 minutes, or until tender. Add oranges; bake 5 to 10 minutes longer, until oranges are heated through. Cooks Comments and Tips . |
