Ingredients

4 sirloin steaks

1 large onion, sliced

4 eggs

marinade

1 cup white wine

1/2 tsp chilli powder

1 garlic clove, chopped

1 tbsp paprika

1 tsp salt

Method

Mix the ingredients for the marinade.

Marinde the steak for 4-5 hours.

Fry the steaks and onions in a large pan for 10 mins.

Add the remaining marinade to the pan and cook until absorbed.

Now drop raw egg over each steak, put the lid on the pan and cook until egg is cooked to your liking.
