Portuguese Hawaiian Ribs Recipe
Ingredients 4lb (1.8kg) pork ribs 2 tbsp soy sauce 1/2 tsp ginger 1 clove garlic 1 tbsp flour 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp vinegar 1/4 cup sugar 1/2 cup ketchup 1 tsp salt Method To make a marinade, mix all the ingredients together. Place the ribs in an ovenproof tray and coat with the marinade. Cover with foil and bake at 325 degrees for 50-60 minutes. Turn the ribs over, recover, reduce the heat to 300 degrees and cook for another 50-60 minutes. Uncover and cook for another 10 minutes to brown. Cooks Comments and Tips . |
