Ingredients

4 salmon steaks

Cucumber Sauce

1 cucumber, peeled and chopped (without the seeds)

1/2 cup yogurt

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1/4 tsp salt

1tsp lemon juice

Method

Combine all the ingredients for the sauce and set aside to chill.

Meanwhile grill your salmon steaks.

Serve the salmon with a generous helping of the sauce.
