Portuguese Portugese Fish Recipe
Ingredients 2lb (900g)fish fillets (any white 2 stalks celery 2 onions 4 large tomatoes 12 olives 1 tsp paprika salt and pepper Method Place fish fillets on buttered foil, salt and pepper to season. Chop: celery, onion, fresh tomato and olives. Spread vegetables over the fish. Dot with knobs of butter. Sprinkle with paprika. Cover with foil. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
