Baked Fish In Herb Sauce Portuguese Recipe
Ingredients 2lb (900g) fish fillets Salt and pepper 1 (8oz (225g)) tin tomato sauce 1/4 cup water 2 tbsp oil 1 tsp lemon juice 1/4 tsp basil 1/4 tsp thyme Method Sprinkle fish with salt, pepper. Place in shallow baking pan. In saucepan, combine remaining ingredients, bring to boil and simmer 5 minutes. Pour over fish and bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Baste occasionally.
