Ingredients

3 to 4 cloves garlic, sliced

1 large chopped onion

About 1 tbsp salt

2 small tins tomato paste

1/4 tsp dried red peppers

1/2 tsp parsley

1/2 tomatoes

Dry red wine

Method

Combine all ingredients.

Pour over chicken, pork, or beef.

Marinate overnight.
