Ingredients

10 eggs

2 cup sugar

2 cup milk

1 tsp vanilla extract

3/4 cup sugar melted (caramel)

Method

5 eggs, yolks and whites.

Other 5 eggs only yolks.

Beat eggs and sugar together and add milk and vanilla; mix together.

Grease pyrex with butter.

Melt 3/4 sugar in pot very lightly, simmer.

Add all ingredients in pyrex and put in oven at 375 degrees for 1 hour.
