Ingredients

2 cup milk

2 cup sugar

3 eggs

3 tbsp butter

3/4 cup flour

1 tsp vanilla

Method

Put milk in pan with butter.

Heat milk until hot enough to melt it.

Set aside.

Mix together flour, sugar, eggs and mix well.

Add the milk and vanilla (mixture will be very thin).

Ladle into well greased muffin tins, filling 3/4 full.

Bake at 350 degrees until light brown around 30-35 minutes.
