Ingredients

2 cup water

2 cup milk

1/4 stick margarine, slice it

1 cup River Rice

1/2 cup sugar

1 tbsp Tang

1 tbsp vanilla

2 egg yolks

Method

Microwave water, milk, margarine and rice 10 minutes, stir.

Repeat twice.

Add 2 egg yolks, Tang and vanilla; mix all together.

Put on a platter and add sugar.

Add cream on dish as desired.
