Portuguese Shortbread Recipe
Ingredients 1 cup flour 1/3 cup sugar 1/2 cup butter, soft Pinch of salt Method Cream the butter and sugar. Add the flour and salt and mix well. Place the mixture onto a greased baking tray and using your hands gently spread to cover the tray. With a fork make rows of tiny marks and then sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 350F for 30-35 minutes.
