Portuguese Broass Recipe
Ingredients 1/2 cup butter 1 cup sugar 3 eggs Grated zest 1 lemon Grated zest 1 orange 1 tbsp kirsh or white pear brandy 3 cup flour Method Cream butter and sugar; add eggs, kirsh and zest. Gradually add the flour. Knead for 1-2 minutes. Wrap in greaseproof paper and chill. Roll into 1 inch balls. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes. Top with colored sugar. Cooks Comments and Tips . |
