Quick Mexican Chicken Recipe
Ingredients Four boneless and skinless chicken breast halves 1 (11 oz.) can Cheddar cheese soup 1 (14 1/2 oz.) can peeled and diced salsa tomatoes 2 tbsp. finely chopped parsley 2 tbsp. lime or lemon juice 1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce 1 c. corn chips, broken up into smaller pieces Method Cut chicken into thin strips. Combine cheese soup, salsa tomatoes, parsley, lime juice and Tabasco sauce. Stir well. Combine chicken with sauce, and put into a 9 inch baking pan. Put chips on top and bake in a preheated 350 degree oven 20 minutes. Stir chips into the casserole and continue to bake 10 minutes.
