Italian Easy Lasagna Recipe
Ingredients 10 uncooked lasagna noodles 1 32 ounce jar spaghetti sauce (i use prego green label) mixed with 1/2 cup water 1 pound ricotta cheese mixed with 1 egg pepper to taste 12 ounce mozzarella, either shredded or sliced 1/4 cup parmesan Method layer in this order, in a 9x13 pyrex pan: sauce, 1/2 the noodles, 1/2 ricotta, 1/2 mozzarella, sauce, noodles, ricotta, mozzarella, sauce. Cover tightly with Saran wrap. My microwave is a 650 watt machine, with a carousel. I cook it on HIGH for 8 to 8 1/2 minutes, and MEDIUM LOW for 32 mins.
