Italian Tomato Basil Pasta Recipe
Ingredients 8oz plum tomatoes 4 tablespoons fresh Basill (chopped) 2 cloves Garlic (crushed) 250ml Olive Oil Parmesan Cheese (grated) 12oz Penne pasta (al dente) Method Place all the ingredients in a bowl, mix and leave at room temperature for 2 hours.
