Italian Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

2  x 400g tins Tomatoes

4 tablespoons Tomato Puree

1 tablespoon Oregano

1 tablespoon Basil

1 tablespoon Thyme

2 cloves Garlic (crushed)

Salt and freshly ground Pepper

3 tablespoons Olive Oil

Method

Put all the ingredients into a blend for a couple of seconds.

Pour into a saucepan and cook on a gentle heat for 20 minutes
