Ingredients

250ml Olive Oil

125ml Vegetable Oil

125ml White Wine Vinegar

2 cloves Garlic (crushed)

2 teaspoons Salt

1 teaspoon Pepper

1 teaspoon sugar

1/2 teaspoon fresh Rosemary (chopped)

1/4  teaspoon Oregano

Method

Put all the ingredients into a bowl and whisk thoroughly for 3-4 minutes. 

Leave at room temperature for the flavours blend for 3 hours.
