Ingredients

1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

1/4 tsp ground cardamom

1/4 tsp ground cloves

1/4 tsp ground coriander seed

1/4 tsp ground cumin seed

1/4 tsp ground ginger

1/2 tsp ground chili pepper

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp ground pepper

pinch turmeric (optional)

Method

Mix well (use your spice grinder) and store in the dark in an airtight spice jar.
