Paratha Recipe
Ingredients 8oz Wholewheat Flour 100ml Water (approximately) Melted butter (Ghee) Method Mix the flour and water to make a dough. Divide into 6 portions and roll into balls. Flatten and roll. Brush with melted butter, fold and roll again. Put the paratha onto a heated griddle and brush the top side with some melted butter, then turn the paratha and brush the other side with melted butter. Cook until golden brown on both sides. Serve immediately. Cooks Comments and Tips Always cook a fresh batch of paratha, it is not possible to store paratha as they tend to go soggy. |
