Chapati Phulka Recipe
Ingredients 8oz Whole wheat flour 100ml Water (approximate) Method Put flour in a large bowl with half the water and blend. Knead well until the dough forms a ball. Leave the dough to rest for 30 minutes. Knead and divide dough into 6. Roll into a ball and then flatten until approximately a1/8" thick. Do all six then heat the griddle. Place the phulka onto the griddle and cook for about 1 minute. When bubbles form turn and cook the other side for a couple of minutes. (when cooked it will puff up). Repeat until all the phulka are cooked.
