Ingredients

1 tbsp Butter

1 tbsp Flour

1 cup Milk

1/2 tsp Salt

2 tbsp Swiss cheese, grated

Method

In small, heavy saucepan, melt butter.

Stir in flour.

Add milk and cook, stirring constantly, until it boils.

Lower heat.

Add the cheese, stirring constantly, for 5 minutes on a low heat until smooth and well blended.
