Ingredients

8oz (225g) Butter

1/2 tsp Salt

1/4 tsp White pepper

1 tbsp Parsley, finely chopped

1 tbsp Lemon juice

Method

In a mixing bowl, work butter with a wooden spoon until creamy.

Add salt, pepper, parsley, and lemon juice.

Mix well.

Let stand in refrigerator for 1/2 hour.

Served mostly with boiled fish or with vegetables.
