Ingredients

1 tsp Salt

1/4 tsp Pepper

1 tbsp Wine vinegar

3 tbsp Vegetable oil

Method

Combine salt, pepper, and vinegar.

Stir until salt is dissolved.

Mix in the oil.

Can be shaken in a screw top jar if you prefer.

Pour over salad and toss gently.
