French Shrimp Salad Deauville Recipe
Ingredients 1lb (450g) Shrimp, cooked and shelled 1/2 cup Walnut halves 1 Apple, sliced 3 Hard-boiled eggs, halved 1 cup tinned mushrooms, drained 1 cup Shredded iceberg lettuce 1 tbsp Vinegar 1 tsp Prepared mustard 3/4 tsp Salt 1 pinch Cayenne pepper 2 tbsp Vegetable oil 1 tbsp Celery, finely chopped 1 tbsp Mayonnaise Method In salad bowl, arrange shrimps, walnuts, apple, eggs, mushrooms, and lettuce.
