French Potatoes Persillees Recipe
Ingredients 8 medium Potatoes, peeled and halved 1/2 cup Water 1/2 cup Stock 1 tsp Salt 1/4 teaspoon Pepper 3 tbsp Parsley, chopped 2 tbsp Butter, cut in small pieces Method In a greased ovenproof dish, mix thepotatoes, water, stock, salt, pepper, 2 tablespoons parsley, and butter. Cover with tin foil. Bake at 375 degrees for about 1 hour until potatoes are tender . Sprinkle with remaining parsley. Serve hot. Cooks Comments and Tips . |
