French Parisian Mushrooms Recipe
Ingredients 8oz (225g) Small mushrooms 1/2 Lemon - juice only 1/2 tsp Salt 1/4 tsp Freshly ground pepper 1 tbsp Olive oil 1 tsp Prepared mustard 1 tbsp Chopped parsley Method Wash and trim mushrooms. In small saucepan, combine mushrooms, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and oil. Cover. Cook over brisk heat for 10 minutes. leave to cool in cooking juice. When cold, remove mushrooms to serving dish. To cooking juice, add mustard. Blend well. Pour over mushrooms. Sprinkle with chopped parsley. Cooks Comments and Tips . |
