French Mushrooms Nicoise Recipe
Ingredients 12 large Mushroom caps 28oz tinned tomatoes, drained and chopped 1/2 tsp Salt 1/4 tsp Pepper 2 tbsp Vegetable oil 1 tbsp Parsley, chopped 6 Black olives, pitted Method Wash and drain mushrooms. Arrange in greased baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 5 minutes. Fill mushrooms with tomatoes. Add salt and pepper. Sprinkle with oil. Continue baking for 15 minutes more. Sprinkle with parsley.
