French Lentil Salad Recipe
Ingredients 2 cups Cooked lentils 6 tbsp Vinaigrette Dressing 3 Anchovy fillets, cut in small pieces Vinaigrette Dressing 1 tsp Salt 1/4 tsp Pepper 1 tbsp Wine vinegar 3 tbsp Vegetable oil Method Drain cooked lentils. Keep lukewarm. In salad bowl, combine vinaigrette, lentils, and anchovies. Toss gently but thoroughly. Serve cold. Vinaigrette Dressing In a bowl mix the salt, pepper, and vinegar.
